In accordance with the guidelines and vision of Central Board of Secondary Education and DAV College Managing Committee, DAV Public School, Ambota organized a series of Capacity Building Programmes for its teaching faculty. These programmes included workshops on Life Skills, Active Learning and Art Integration, Cyber Safety, and Happy Classroom practices. The initiative aimed at strengthening professional competencies and promoting the holistic development of educators.

The sessions covered key areas such as emotional intelligence, stress management, effective communication, classroom leadership, time management, innovative pedagogical strategies, and fostering a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
